My story

From tech support to building the tech.

My career started in 2018 as a technical support representative, where I learned how to listen, troubleshoot and explain technology in plain language. As an IT and documentation specialist in aviation, I learned how much a clear system saves a business every single day.

Since 2020 I've worked across the full stack: React and Next.js front ends, PHP and Supabase back ends, PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, Stripe payments and third party APIs, alongside WordPress and WooCommerce sites, Android apps and AI automations that answer leads, make calls and write proposals.

Every project gets the same approach: understand the real problem first, build something that solves it, then make it easy for you to run.
